"Rented a home on a 6 month lease in Arvada. Nice place had a couple of things break faucet and hot water heater. Fixed both within 24 hours. You can request a service ticket online and they respond quickly. Highly recommend this company!"

"Called us 20 minutes ahead of a showing after we requested to be put on the wait list. We scramble out, on my birthday, to go to the showing. Nobodies there. Nobody picks up the phone. We had confirmation by text and email of the time date and address. We called, texted, and emailed them. They didn't pick up and didn't have the guts to call us back. 0/10, would give zero stars if possible. Rude, unprofessional, and careless. I wouldn't live in a property they managed if they paid me to after this treatment. Absolutely abhorrent. EDIT: Wooooow, they can't pick up the phone during a scheduled visit when the realtor insists they were there (They weren't. There wasnt even another car at the house. We had the correct address from the confirmation email and text. They called me later, lied, and said they were there. Couldn't even accept a lazy employee might have lied.) after we rang both doorbells, called, texted, and emailed but WHEW did they ever move their butts to try and incite a libel lawsuit! Here's their petulant and frankly staggeringly unprofessional reply in case someone there has the sense to take down their response before they get SUED. "Response from the owner Unfortunately, these type of reviews should not be permitted because this person HAS NEVER done business with us. We always answer our phones, but on this particular occasion, the staff was working on some important accounting and needed to silence the phones for 1-hour to stay focused and not make mistakes. We're a property management company so anyone who knows anything about property management knows that you have to have GUTS to provide property management services. We take great pride in being transparent and informative to both homeowners and tenants. We've been in business since 2007 and wouldn't be a staple in the Denver management community if we didn't operate professionally. We deal with unruly and irrational people with respect and dignity. This particular person our office staff actually went out of the way to schedule them when one of the available slots cancelled. The office staff even called him back after his complaint to confront his concerns and try to reschedule the showing. This situation was simply a misunderstanding and certainly doesn't warrant the type of review provided. Frankly, we appreciate the fact that this person showed his true colors. We stand behind our 16 years of working with folks in the challenging property management and providing the best possible services." Wow. Welp, here we go. Some additional feedback for ya! Maaaaybe don't do this during a window houses are supposed to be shown? Especially after calling to fill us in at 1210 for a 1230 showing? That we still were on time for? Seems like a recipe for failure. Whoever wrote this needs psychological help if a little poke in their pride invokes this. "Frankly, we appreciate the fact that this person showed his true colors" The petulant response to a review that dares to tarnish their image when their people gave us an insane time window that we still accomplished, and dared to have their staff lie and say they were there, then to have the gall respond to our honest grievance like this? To try and tarnish my reputation like some brat in a schoolyard?"

"What a great team that Supports the Properties Plus Management Company. They are always helpful, professional and maintains an open line of communication. I can't say enough good things about my initial contact with this company to handle my rental. I am confident they will take care of my property!"

"Very unprofessional. We asked that they provide us with a property that would be a place where we could live for an extended period of time (2 years). Upon move in, the hot water heater did not work at all and the furnace was leaking carbon monoxide. We repeatedly requested assistance, but it took about two full months to get reliable hot water. Upon the furnace being inspected, the HVAC guy told us they would not replace the furnace even though the house needed a new one because the owner was selling after our lease was up. Worst business ever. Updated to add (9/1/22) it took you FIVE YEARS to respond? Your company did a horrible job and the owner of the home I was renting was even worse. Absolutely horrific experience."

"As a homeowner, I have had a long-term relationship with Properties Plus. This company has managed my property for 10+ years and has made my landlord experience stress and hassle-free. It is an all-inclusive company manages everything from doing background checks on potential renters, to preparing leases and collecting rent monies, to addressing concerns from renters, to hiring the appropriate people to maintain/fix my property, and, these are just a few of their many administrative and maintenance abilities.
