The maintenance team resolves issues quickly. The landscaping is beautiful. Looking forward to taking advantage of the pool, weight room, and basketball courts"

"If you have children do not stay here. It is one thing to endure certain things yourself but to put your children through it....I really wish we had more help finding a decent rental whilst transitioning from Arizona cause I would not have chosen here. It is NOT smoking free. I have not stopped seeing and smelling cigarettes since living in Griffis Lafayette. Do not choose lower level as you hear everything including every flush and every step your neighbors make. Gross. No rules are kept or followed from what ive observed. The supposed complimentary coffee machine rarely is serviced so beware...had to ask to have it serviced first time i brought my child to get hot cocoa. Alanna did not seem concerned even tho it was stopping us from using it. Dont get me started on the dog poop. They know how bad it is. All over sidewalks some times so walking your dog becomes an obstacle. Do not report it as you will have to show them exactly where you found it...convenient. Our apartment was disgustingly filthy upon move in also so if you are partial to cat urine...do not stay here. That smell does not just go away. Its in the floors...walls...cabinets. We have a streak of nicotine dried underneath our bedroom vent. At this point we have decided to call air quality testing because our health has declined since moving in here. Our air purifier with AIQ keeps sensing bad air quality so only common sense tells you something is wrong. I could go on...just look elsewhere unless you smoke and like creating violent and toxic environments."

"So far, this entire move-in process has been amazing! My GF and I moved from L.A. to Lafayette, sight unseen, and Graham Sides has been amazing every step of the way. We received photo and video tours, plenty of instructions and guidance, and upon move-in the place was great! The amenities are wonderful, and we just love the area. We are very happy in our new home and we'd love to think Graham and his team for everything they have done!"
