"Predatory application process. They charge a $250 fee that you are almost guaranteed to not get back if for whatever reason you cannot move in there. I received an email from them requiring more info about my income in order to be qualified to live there. I sent a response immediately, but received nothing from them for over 4 days! I had to find an apartment immediately so I applied somewhere else, then cancelled the Ardenne apartment application due to their slow response time and implied message that I would not qualify. They kept the $250 based on the fact that I didn’t cancel within 48 hours, even though they took over 4 days to even see if I was qualified! Don’t apply to a place that charges an application deposit, you won’t get it back."

"My family and I love lafayette so much. When we were looking for apartments we had our hearts set out for the Ardennes. We got in and have loved living here the last year. We plan on staying here for as long as the staff and company let's us. The staff have been very attentive on our needs. They have been kind and understanding. The maintenance guy michael has been so helpful and very speedy whenever we needed maintenance done. Considering he's the only maintenance guy on the property when you call he comes running. Skyla is so kind and helpful and understanding when complications come up. Mikyla has been very helpful and going above her position on helping me come up with ideas on trying to get my mother in law moved up to lafayette as well."

"Skylar submitted my maintence request. Mike came and fixed everything on my maintenance request the same day. He did it with ease. And ensured everything worked properly. There is nothing that needs to be done to improve that kind of service. Very pleased! Everyone has been great from the moment of us showing interest in moving here, to us now being residents. Skylar’s excellent communication and customer service are top notch. And now Mike with maintenance. Very glad we chose this place as home."

"1 star is generous. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The management company has changed at least once in my 2 years of having the unfortunate experience of being a resident here. The management team is hardly available and are very rude. You can tell their level of care by the 'copy paste' response to these reviews. There is a reason most of the most recent reviews are 1 star."

"I’ve been living at Ardenne for two years and have no plans to leave. I love Mikyla and Skyla is a dream. Michael from maintenance is always available and super helpful. My neighbors are lovely and our apartment feels like home. Lots to love about Ardenne!"
