"I've seen Dr. Lowery and his team twice now and I have nothing but great feedback. I originally went in to have adjustments made after some not so great dental work and Dr. Lowery was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions & did not rush me at all. He also fixed the issue I was experiencing and helped validate that my tooth pain was real and there was a prior mistake made at another dental practice. After that I decided to go to him as my regular dentist. I can confidently say I am happy with my decision and I feel like I am in great hands with Dr. Lowery and the entire staff. My cleaning by the dental hygienist was very thorough & she talked me through the cleaning with recommendations for how to care for my teeth/gums at home. I also saw another dental assistant who was very professional and listened to my concerns when needing to get additional sealants drilled down. He was able to address/fix every tooth I felt like I needed adjusting. I am very happy with the results and the overall treatment by the staff. Based on my experience I feel like Governor's Park Dental Group cares about the integrity of my teeth and will continuously make informative & personalized recommendations to help me keep my teeth healthy. They also listened and addressed any and all concerns I had, which is unfortunately hard to find these days! If you're looking at going to some of the large commercialized dental groups - don't waste your time or money. I would recommend a locally owned place like this. The patient care is absolutely unmatched. Also Dr. Lowery has the cutest French Bulldog you get to hang out with while visiting the office :) I will 100% be returning for future cleanings and dental work."

"I go on the "off-days" with the part timers & even that group is excellent; the dentist is thoughtful with their communication, assistants are a Wealth of knowledge and don't seem bothered at all by my desire to get the most out of my dental care. I had a hiccup with my first visit, and the owner reached out to make it right. Everyone deserves grace & life happens to us all; I'm impressed with their responsiveness and their desire to do right by their patients."

"Very disorganized practice… The first time I went for a cleaning, they did not bother to remove the tartar from my teeth until I asked them to. Then, I scheduled an appointment for a separate procedure the following week. On the car ride to the appointment, they called me to tell me that it would not be covered under my insurance. The receptionists were very nice about it, but I lost trust in them. There were also posters asking for good reviews in exchange for a raffle ticket for a BBQ grill. This felt like fishing. Additionally, it very much felt like they were trying to sell me on different cosmetic procedures. Bad energy overall."

I was referred to GPDG through my insurance provider’s app, and I could not be more impressed with my first experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, and even greeted me by name. Each associate that I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and made me feel confident that I was receiving the best care. Shay and Tania were especially wonderful to work with, and really went out of their way to accommodate the procedures I needed to get done before year end. Bottom line: believe all of the positive reviews - they’re really THAT great."
