"Horrible staff, they have really bad customer service. You submit a complaint and when you show up for an appointment they leave you in the room and moc the way you submit the compliant to the “manager”. Definitely not returning to this place."

"Tries to push services that aren’t needed on you , then get angry when you don’t accept. Went in for a simple cleaning and got $1300+ services pushed on to me out of the blue a few months ago. Then I had an appointment this morning and they call me a couple hours before appointment to tell me the doctor no longer wants to see me because I always tell him the services I NEED and not what he WANTS. loved this office. I drive an hour away every time I come. That being said,it angers me when I call beforehand to get an estimate of expected services and they give me a quote for JUST CO PAY but when I arrive it’s $1300. They are money hungry . So thankful I switched to a new dentist. My first day with them they did the services I needed SAME DAY. The services Risas said I’ll have to wait 4 weeks with multiple different appointments to complete…..stay away from these people. They are scammers"

"This place is great and affordable until you have a problem. My son had braces here and when he lost a bracket it was difficult to get someone on the phone to even help facilitate what we should do. They don’t have after hours emergency they claim to take your information and then say they’ll call you back but they’re never return calls."
