"STOP GOING TO SUBWAY! I had an incredibly unpleasant experience at the Subway located at 7800 Smith Road, Denver, Colorado, 80207. I visited on 9/30/23 and encountered an employee named Marci #7087, who provided me with terrible and unacceptable service. I simply asked about adding pickles to my sandwiches, but Marci was dismissive and confrontational. Instead of addressing my question politely, she responded rudely. The situation escalated when I politely suggested that Marci work on her customer service skills. Her response was both unprofessional and shocking. She raised her voice, displayed anger, and even shouted, "Don't tell me how to do my job," as she stormed off into the kitchen area. As a loyal customer of Subway, I was deeply disappointed by this experience. Customer service is a fundamental aspect of any business, and Marci's behavior seriously tarnished the reputation of this Subway location. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and addresses it promptly. I urge Subway to investigate this matter thoroughly and ensure that such disrespectful and hostile experiences do not happen to other customers. Your attention to this issue is essential for the reputation of the brand."

"It took a couple minutes for us to get helped and they were out of tomatoes, but other than that our experience was fine. The lovely young lady who helped us was friendly and she even twisted the end of one sandwich wrapper so we knew which was which. Both sandwiches had the perfect amount of toppings and cleanliness didn't seem to be an issue. Overall, we had a good experience and would come back again!"
