"5 starts all around. Uncle is incredible. The the quality and flavors of each dish is unmatched. Their Khao Soi ramen is delicious and every bite is loaded with rich flavor. On my third visit to Uncle I tried the duck curry, it was very tender and crispy! Recommend! Their staff is extremely friendly and inviting. I recommend sitting at the bar and seeing the chefs do their magic. They have good vegetarian options and their prices are reasonable. The eggplant buns are tasty but I would have liked for the bun to be softer and for the sauce to be more unique, regardless it was still great."
"Very long wait. Decent food. The hanger steak with potatoes was one of the best things I’ve eaten in recent memory. I don’t like the fact that you have community tables. Lastly I don’t like how you cannot modify any dish whatsoever yet they ask if you have any food allergies. I highly recommend this place, and it’s very affordable."
"I ate here a year ago and have been waiting to go back. I was not disappointed! The ramen is fantastic, service is efficient and I will definitely come back! If you get a chance, order the side of fried tofu, it’s delicious."
"Uncle is one of the OGs of Denver Ramen and deserves its place as one of the best. Spicy chicken ramen is pictured but I've had numerous great bowls from them. I think the menu has sprinklings of Americanize izakaya food and real japanese parts as well that make choosing your food fun and interesting. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful especially with drink recommendations off the great imported list of sake, shochu etc. My only complaint speaks to their success. Getting in can be difficult if you can't wait and the staff is often so busy its hard to grab them if you need something. I'm looking forward to another winter day when I can sit down with another one of their fantastic bowls."
"You need to stop by and eat at uncles! The best part of uncle ramen is the noodles and broth!!!! Amazing flavors! Got some vegetarian and spicy chicken as main ramen course. Serving sizes are huge! Appetizers are so so good too! Pork belly buns melts in your mouth! Staff are friendly and atmosphere is on point! Music choice in the restaurant is amazing! Took some photos!"
