"Very clean, bright, neat, and high-end vibe great for date nights. We got veggie Khao soil, beef shorteib paneng, spicy chicken, Scottish salmon sashimi, green curry mussels, pork belly buns. All food were amazing. Service was great and they bring new plates and Silverware for next course(s) instead of using same plate and utensils for all food. Gender neutral bathroom has beautiful artificial cherry blossom trees on ceilings."
"Phenomenal ramen and service! Our order was forgotten, which is no big deal, since we were enjoying our cocktails and assumed that it was taking longer due to the place being fully packed right after open - house comped our ramen which wasn’t necessary because the food was amazing! We will definitely return again soon, thank you uncle!"
"Uncle Ramen had been in my list for a while and on a snowy Halloweekend Saturday, I was prepared to wait forever, but the staff got us in within half an hour and the food exceeded expectations. If you do have a wait, you can grab one of their super creative drinks or head across the street to the sports bar but the food is worth it. We sat by the chefs and got a complimentary app of chilled tofu (delicious, and I would have never ordered it), but our pork belly buns and our ramen were wildly flavorful and perfect for the snow. Our waitress was so kind and helpful, and intent on us enjoying our time. Highly recommend. It felt like eating at your most accomplished chef friend’s (very aesthetic) house."
"What a happenin little place. Went early on a weeknight and was able get a great seat by the open windows, but by the time we left the place was packed! Super friendly and fast service. The uncle salad was DELICIOUS! Spicy chicken ramen was good. Only complaint was it was very loud and hard to have a conversation."
"A wonderful experience all around. This location accepts limited reservations, which was perfect for us. We came in with a large group, and staff was very accommodating. I appreciate their patience with the unfocused members of our group. The menu was more ramen focused than what I've seen at Uncle LoHi, a bit of a surprise, given the larger kitchen. The ramen and apps we ordered were fantastic and the sake suggestion was on point. There wasn't my favorite lamb curry on the menu that night, unfortunately, but I think there was a green one. Many thanks to the staff for taking care of my out of town visitors."
