Aspire Apartments

"UPDATE: the manager called me and told that she did not appreciate my review or email. Super unprofessional, I do not recommend anyone living here. I have been living here since this property opened, I was one of the few here originally. This place has gone downhill tremendously from the management to the property itself. There is constant construction that’s basically been happening for half a year with no results shown. They just make you move your car around a bunch of times and make everything a hassle. The current property team is still bad. The management team has probably changed 3 times as well as the actual staff, the original property manager was giving people cash deals with no background checks so you already know the type of people who would move in. Things break constantly here as it was a rushed job so they cut corners. My biggest complaint was the garage door broke and for about 6 months it was fixed or replaced because they needed “custom” parts. It’s just a regular chain gate you can buy anywhere. They still insisted everyone pay full price for parking and during this period lots of thefts and break ins happened and the property would gaslight the victims. There is no free parking or guest parking, everything is paid for. There is constant fire alarms drills, I think it was 5 or so in a short period of time. Lots of people here own dogs and are not accountable for them so the property will smell like dog pee and poop inside on the carpets. Also the apartments always pushes the no smoking rule but people here are chimneys. Smoking everyday and just out in the opening not caring. This property needs to really just replace their whole existing staff except for maintenance because those guys are actually solid. The current management team is super lazy, they don’t address any issues. I am not exactly sure what they do. Anytime I have gone down to speak with the staff they are always hanging out or not there. There was also a massive flood which effected the amenities and did damage to the apartment as well as some flooding into our unit and it has been months and nothing has been repaired. The pros is that the amenities are nice when they work and maintenance is great. Cons is everything else."

"I lived here for a year in the Goldstone floorplan. It was the perfect size for 2 people and a cat, and mine overlooked the pool area, which was a nice bonus! The appliances were all brand new, and worked flawlessly the entire time. Having the smart home features was perfect; if I forgot to turn off a light or change the temperature before leaving, I was able to do it from my phone! The amenities were great, and having a storage unit in the garage for only $25/month was super nice. The Downtown Westminster area is really starting to fill in, and being right across from the Alamo was awesome! Looking forward to seeing what the area becomes in the next few years."

Unfortunately, my time at Aspire Apartments was cut short as I had to relocate for work out of state. Despite my relatively brief stay, the positive impact of the new management and the diligent maintenance staff was undeniable. The sense of community and the quality of living they've fostered make Aspire Apartments an outstanding choice for those seeking a comfortable and well-managed home. I wholeheartedly give Aspire Apartments and their new management a well-deserved five-star rating."
