"Office staff have been great. Maintenance request have been handled promptly. Overall I am pleased with my apartment and the property. Anything I haven’t liked thus far has been minor. Neighbors are quiet and have been friendly."

"I lived at MAA Westglenn for about 2.5 years. I was looking for a new place to live as I had just moved across the country and did not have the opportunity to take time and tour around. It looked like the most promising place, and it turned out far better than I could have imagined. I initially moved in and when the property was still being constructed and I had the opportunity to watch it culminate into Westminster’s most prime apartment complex. From day one until my move-out, the property management and staff were all extremely kind, welcoming, and always willing to extend a helping hand. My apartment unit was flawless with tons of space and some of the nicest appliances and finishes I have ever known - not to mention one of the greatest resort style shower/tubs big enough for two. The property also includes, in my opinion, the nicest pool with a massive fireplace and jacuzzi accompanying all the other great surrounding amenities. I always enjoyed going to the gym which is thoroughly cleaned and maintained during all days of the week. If you’re looking for the next place to call home, there’s no need to look any further than this property - it has everything you want and need and it will surprise you with so much more!"

"Jack, one our maintenance team members is an excellent employee. I heard him this morning interacting with a couple that just moved in. The couples microwave wasn’t working on their first attempt using it. Jack was apologetic and kind in his response. This is just one instance of many that I’ve seen Jack exercise what I call ‘excellence’. Any time I’ve seen Jack he’s working hard and still stops to respond when I say “good morning”. I’d like to include Ed in might as well. He always has a smile on his face and has a welcoming attitude. The other day he replaced our door lock battery the same day of the request. Thanks, Ed. I’m very happy with our maintenance teams effort in friendliness and excellence. Attitude reflects leadership. Great job leading, Dominick."

"So, I lived here for about two years. The first year was great! I loved the amenities and management and overall it is a nice community and maintenance is fairly responsive. The biggest issue was always parking. There is not enough parking for the amount of apartments that they have. I ended up leaving because the second year, my packages kept getting stolen and I felt the current management did not care about their residents at all. A lot of the times, they just would never follow up. If you are allergic/ sensitive to scents then be warned it is central air so you will smell if someone smoked weed or doesn’t clean their dog. Also, they never switched out the switches to the fans and I occasionally had issues with my breakers. They also kept raising the rent 100s of dollars, so if you want someplace to stay long term I would take that into consideration. They tried to argue that my unit had Mountain Views but it just looked out into the street and buildings blocked the “view”. The dishwasher was not good, but all other appliances were nice. It is fairly quiet, but you can hear people if they are outside or in the hallway. You can also hear the person upstairs if they like banging on their floors in the middle of the night. Thankfully it was an infrequent occurrence. Oh, another thing in the 540sq feet apartment, there is only one closet so if you have a lot of stuff, it is a pain. I do like the keypad entries since it makes it nice not to have to carry or worry about keys. Overall it was ok, not really luxurious as a lot of these newly built apartments say they are. Overpriced as all rentals seem to be these days."

"I have fallen in love with these apartments! The staff is wonderful, Sarah especially, and the apartments are beautiful. It's also nicely tucked away from traffic. Such a hidden gem!"
