"We LOVED staying here. The night audit, Ash was freaking awesome! So nice and very considerate of my parents which is a big thing in our culture. The rooms are very clean and the ladies cleaning the rooms were excellent too! We got to check in early and they were finishing up our room as we go there :) the only reason for the four stars was the towels, they’re just really rough, and being a sensory household it was difficult to use them. Overall it was wonderful, cookies are excellent and very clean hotel."

"Friendly personable staff, utter cleanliness and modern spacious interior are the most memorable attributes of this hotel! I had several great interactions with Ethan at the front desk. From first steps through the door, you are entering sunlit unobstructed lobby with view of mountains above the pool area ahead. Pet friendly is a huge plus. Everything is stylish and balanced, truly a place to rest!"

"This location was fabulous. The customer service was wonderful. They provided cookies upon request and allowed us to check out late and they were very helpful with any issues we had. The beds were comfortable. There is convenient on site parking. Most importantly, the room was quiet! I will stay here again in the future."

"I stayed here for four nights recently. If you can stay somewhere else, you should. This hotel is old, poorly maintained, and run down. It needs serious updating. There’s nothing to do that’s real close to it either. You pretty much have to drive 5 to 10 minutes before you get to any nice shops and restaurants. Like other reviews, I would say that the staff at the front desk is not very friendly. The lady who checked me in barely said a word to me when I arrived. She gave no guidance regarding where the amenities were at or how to get to my room, not even a friendly welcome. The breakfast bar is substandard for how much a room costs per night. Nothing remarkable about it. I’ve had the same or better quality at much cheaper hotels. The only positive experience I had was the staff running the breakfast. They were very welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The cleaning staff actually skipped my room one of the three days they should have come in and tidied up and collected the trash. My shower had a loose flange that was supposed to cover the screws holding the safety grab bar in place. This sharp object was just hanging loose, and their previous attempt to just pack it full of putty and stick it in place didn’t work. There were panels missing from vents outside the elevator on my floor. Cover panels missing from a window shade in the gym. Although it was generally clean, basic maintenance seemed to be an issue at this hotel. The rooms were okay, but the flat screen TV looked like 720p at best. No option to connect to a smart phone. Avoid this hotel if you can."
