"Negative stars. For starters The front lady ginger is very rude and unwilling to take responsibility for when they mess up. Now I’m at my boiling point. I ordered live animals and paid extra for them to be held at the post office to be picked up. When I went to get them (I’m about 15 minutes from town) heather “couldn’t find them” she asked her supervisor and apparently they had been loaded on the mail truck for delivery. So I simply said ok I’ll go wait for them at home. Never mind the time and gas I wasted to get there. So I go home wait for them at home, and they don’t show up! At this point I am very upset, it is a Saturday so now I won’t be able to get them until Monday- hopefully they are still alive! Not to mention since they failed to do their job and read the package in the first place, I now have to take another half an hour out of my day to go get them on Monday and another 2 gallons of gas."
"kept my income tax return with a proper change of address form for over a year, then returned it to the irs, they received it September of 2022. They have no idea what happened and frankly they really don't care. What is the point of having a change of address if it never gets there."
"I'd give them zero stars if I could. The lady there is very very disrespectful and lazy as well. We planned on leaving town today and went to the post office this morning to pick up a package that was supposed to arrive today. She said it's too much work and mail trucks are out for delivery. Well we waited till 3:30 for our mail person. Turns out he didn't have the package. Went back to the post office just for the lady to say it's too much work you have to wait tell tomorrow. So what we leave town and porch pirates can steal it. Like it's her job and she can't fulfil the basics."
"Rudest woman I’ve ever encountered works there. She’s rude to not only me but everyone in the family. It seems as though she is entirely unhappy with her job and does not like dealing with people. If that’s the case, go find a different profession and give some other deserving person a job. Read other reviews because this is not a new thing, evidently been going on a while and the PostMaster isn’t worried about customer service"
