"Very unhelpful dispatch, clearly not capable of servicing the volume of AAA calls it gets. It took us more than 3 hours to resolve a AAA tow. We called Ol Red multiple times to check on the status of their driver and the dispatcher said their driver was en route (which turned out not to be true) and was extremely rude over the phone. After 3 hours of waiting on the side of the highway in 90 degree heat, we ultimately ended up demanding AAA contract our call to another towing service which showed up in 30 minutes. Ol Red was unreliable and unprofessional and AAA should contract with a more qualified towing company."

"Matt rescued us from the side of an isolated road after we lost our steering. Matt contacted us so we knew he was on the way, arrived at the time he said, and efficiently got our Jeep on the flat bed and took us where we needed to go. In the many years I’ve been AAA member this is the most efficient, timely and friendly service ever. Thanks Ol’ Red towing and especially thank you Matt."
