Starting up a automotive repair business has been difficult enough, but the staff at O'Reilly's here in Delta, Co. has eliminated the anxiety of dealing with waiting for a special order part that has additional shipping cost for 10 days just to learn it's not even close to what I needed in the first place. Clint in commercial has been solid through the years. Even the new ones are helpful without being pushy. If O'Reilly's doesn't have it, I'll wait, no other parts house compares."
