"Liz is hands down the best PT I have ever been to, and I've been seeing them on and off since I was 15 (lower and upper back, knees). She can quickly identify the root issue, how that connects to other parts of the body, and within 30 minutes have you walking away feeling less pain or tightness. I get more out of 30 minutes with her than 90 with some massage therapists. I've been going to her for years and fear moving from Denver because I might lose her. She is a gem in every way and I'd bet a pretty penny she will be a great partner in your healing journey."

"My first visit was Liz was a great experience. Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. She spent time asking me questions, doing an assessment, and teaching me stretches and exercises to help relieve my pain. She did a great job of giving suggestions for how to incorporate the at-home exercises into my current routine. I actually felt pain relief immediately after leaving the session and look forward to going back to continue treatment."

"This place is great! I came to see Liz after I sprained my ankle twice within 6 months with fear that I'd need some type of surgery to repair my ligaments. She assessed my ankle and assured me that I could get better without surgery. During my first visit, she gave me some really challenging exercises to complete to strengthen my ankle. After 2 weeks, I noticed a huge difference! I came for a second appointment, and right when I thought I was 100% better, she gave me more difficult exercises to strengthen my ankle. One of the things I appreciate about Liz is her ability to tailor treatments. Since I'm an avid runner with ridiculously flat feet, she provided me with a custom treatment plan that would launch me back to running and sports again. She also didn't push me to come back (I guess she doesn't have to with her awesome PT skills), which was appreciated! I'd totally recommend her as a PT if you're looking for one!"
