Deno's Country Store

"I went to a smokeshop notorious in the area called “Freaky’s.” I bought vape there, but before buying it, i asked them what their policy was on buying vapes that don’t work, and he said “when you leave the store we cannot replace it.” Cool, no problem. I tested it out after purchasing it to find out the coil tasted burnt. It tasted like burning cotton. I told him i wanted to exchange it for one that worked, and he immediately replied, “sorry, all sales are final,” after telling me it was only if i left the store that they couldn’t do anything. I never left the store. They refused to give me one that works, even though they make you test them to make sure they work. Why do that if you are just going to steal their money and not honor your word? I was furious, and left in utter silence. I will never be back there. Now, enter the scene: Dino’s Country Store. I explained immediately what happened to me to one of the most respected employees there named Gene. He gave me a discount on a new one and guaranteed he would get me one that works, and did. Apparently if you get a defective one in the store, they have to send it back to the manufacturer. Something the other smoke shop should be required to do. I want to praise Gene for his outstanding problem solving and people skills, and think this man is the heart of this locally owned business. I will from now on be giving them the hundreds of dollars a month i spend on vapes to Dinos instead of freakys from now on. Thank you Gene, and thank you Dinos for treating me like a person, and not just a sale."

"Great customer service. Missing stars however because I mistakenly tried one of their "fresh" burritos. Absolut foul, the tortilla was hard like it had been there for a week. Had no seasoning, no spice and it was mostly rice... (I hate rice in burritos, should have eggs and potatoes if you're going to use breakfast sausage as the protein.) AVOID THE BURRITOS AT ALL COST!"

"The refuse to call to fix the ATM, they wouldn't allow me any cash back. Then when asked when they are going to get the ATM fixed he replied that it wasn't his probleme and to leave the store. Very un friendly and unhelpful."

"Gene is my favorite employee here! He makes being a gas station regular such a pleasant experience. He’s really nice, super helpful, and even tells us to test our disposable nicotine before we drive away so that he can replace them if they don’t work. The store itself has everything you need, even lemon juice lol. Highly recommend :)"

"Absolutely the best convenience store in Thornton and possibly the entire state in Colorado. Did I mention it's locally family owned what a good place to shop for great convenience items and prices. Thank you for taking time to read this Namaste Neighbors"
