"The spring on our garage door broke one night and we called Kemp the next morning. They were very friendly and customer service directed.They scheduled us in for same day service. Our technician, Kirk, is a very nice man and fixed our door promptly. He did not over charge and he fixed the worn out rollers on the door as well.
