"Service was prompt and friendly, and seemed professional. HOWEVER, in addressing issues with our fireplace they were not able to diagnose the problem correctly. After two service calls and over $800 the original problem they were called out on was NOT solved. When notified of this they did not return texts or phone calls. We would have been happy to work with them, if they would have worked with us. My son in end tested and replaced a simple wall switch and this seems to have solved the problem."

He is clearly so skilled/talented, and is able to explain things in a way you can understand. He was very kind, on time, and took the time to do the job well.
