"Columbine Applicance did a good job on my GE Monogram Gas Cooktop repair, but I feel their charges were way too high: 1. They charged me $277 for parts that I could have purchased for about $170, a 63% surcharge over retail cost. 2.They charged me $272.65 for labor. The technician spent a total of 1.25 hours on site in three visits. That comes to $218/hour for labor. The quality of the work was good, but the cost (especially for labor) was way too high in my opinion."

"Wonderful company! Andrew came out to check out an issue we had with our new fridge. Or thought we did. He was friendly and professional. More importantly, he was incredibly knowledgeable! He gave it a good going over and was able to assure us that what we were hearing was normal, then proceeded to explain the nuances of the appliance for the specific brand and model. He gave us confidence and educated us. He is an asset to Columbine Appliance & Fireplaces and we would use them again!"

"I'm unsure why this company has good reviews. My brand new dishwasher was leaking and their tech came out in July to repair it. He said it was leaning forward and that was causing the water to spill out of the bottom of the appliance. Everything was working fine in the beginning but a few weeks later, the same problem started happening again: first a few drops here and there, and then a pool of water started spilling out again. Since it was out of warranty with Whirlpool, I contacted Columbine directly just to be told that it's past the service warranty as well and if I were to use their services, I'd be charged $149 for them to just come out. When I explained that they would be getting a bad review from me, they hung up on me. So rude. And I have nothing against the technician, he seemed nice except he did not fix the problem. It's the company service that is absolutely horrible and they take very little liability for the work they do. I suggest you go look somewhere else."

"We have a new gas stove that was not baking evenly or consistently. We had two service calls by another company with no results. Warranty sent out RYAN with Columbine who dignosed the problem , replaced some parts and got the stove to operate as it should. He displayed Superior customer service calling my wife numerous times to access the situaion and attain a solution. Thanks Ryan for saving our stove!"
