"If I could do a zero score, it would be more appropriate. My mother is 92 years old. She went to the check out to purchase her things. She attempted to use her credit card to purchase a gift card. Her card did not read at the register. There was a very kind woman an that tried to help her. She called a male (assumed he was a manager) to assist. He was very, very rude to my mother. She does not know technology. He wa so frustrated. She left in tears. Please remove this associate until he can have respect every individual. I was so embarrassed for my mother. I never put negative comments to any establishment. He was absolutely horrible. The women helped my mom and she was so caring."
