"Just had the worst experience at Home Depot. We spent an hour getting supplies for a project we are starting on our home. When we went to check out, we paid with a gift card and the cashier took the gift card and used a tool to scrape off the card # and pin, accidentally scraping off the PIN number. After trying different possible pins for 15 minutes the manager was called over. It was then we were told that the only thing we could do was call a number and have a new card mailed to us. We basically wasted an hour and a half only to be told that even though it was an issue caused by their associate, it was now our problem. Horrible customer service from a manager."
"Great service. Easy returns. Very organized store very clean. Looks like the manager is actively training. Good employee interaction, not like some other stores where you can’t find them or they walk by and ignore you when you’re trying to get their attention. Hi there recommend this store."
"One of the better Home Depots around the area. Bob in Hardware was able to help get me sorted with the correct locking door handle that could be re-keyed with my existing keys. I previously went to another Home Depot and a Lowes in the area, and neither were unable to figure it out, but Bob was! Thanks Bob! Overall the store is clean and the staff helpful."
"The sales associates; Donna and Avery together with Phil the store manager gave me the greatest service ever. They were all kind, funny and provided a breath of fresh air when I needed it the most. Donna knew exactly what was going on and knew I’ll need a manager, Avery kept asking if she was needing any help and kept following up and Phil went above and beyond for me and they all chatted with me while providing the service and helping which was really nice. They are all the reason why I’ll choose The Home Depot next time and come back specifically to this store! Thank you guys!"
"One of my hobbies is restoring old furniture I find at thrift stores, or even just on the side of the road! And thankfully Home Depot makes it easy for me to get everything I need for making these old furniture pieces look brand new! Plus the staff here is always very nice and knowledgeable."
