"Great Location and Fast Check in, from January 2nd Sarah, Meghan and mostly Sheena at the registration Helped me so much and did an Outstanding Job in Guest Relations, Services, The customer care and service was beyond above expectations, Sheena gave me the most unforgettable customer service for making everything right, Clean Room, Nice View and Free shuttle service to the airport. I will always coming back and hoping to see the wonderful and above and beyond Front Desk Representatives namely Sarah, Meghan and Sheena. They deserve an award! As you all Noticed in all of my Reviews, I never gave a negative one, I have traveled around the world with different hotel and resorts, food and beverage. I have never experience a bad customer service in my entire career and as a valuable guest, but one front desk agent named Vanessa in this property stood up and made me terribly uncomfortable and discriminated, I have been a nice resident for a month staying in here and she just don't like my skin at all and throw an attitude every time she see's me, from giving me a bad view and along a noisy Interstate to nothing but a crappy room, dishonesty and extremely rude behavior forced me to state that experience, I am hoping that the entire corporate will see this and take action to remove this Vanessa in your property as she misrepresented the Brand extremely disrespectful and abusive."
"You don't have to leave the hotel if you don't want to!! It right next to the airport, but you can't hear the planes, and the cook is amazing! Hot tub and pool is right next to the gym, and if you need meeting rooms they have that too. Plus they were great with our service dog. Can't wait to get to stay here again!!"
"Great service nice comfortable rooms rooms were big bed was comfortable coffee in the room. The only thing breakfast is not free but they have a great menu. I recommend would stay here again."
"We enjoyed our stay here. First of all, their parking is free unlike the Hilton across the street. Secondly, rooms are clean and roomy with a separate living area so to speak. Cool restaurant on the first floor. Plenty of parking. Would return!"
"This review would have been better if it hadn't been for a terrible experience at breakfast. The hotel is short staffed and one lady was covering breakfast. Unfortunately, the stress had gotten to her and she was extremely rude. So rude in fact that we left."
