"Come for the cheap smokes; do not come for customer service or gas. I have been visiting this location for over a month. The lady [even when seeing I have 100's of dollars in my wallet; come three times a week] will assume I am going to steal the cigarettes and hides them behind the counter when I'm gracious enough to pay her with a twenty. Kum & Go or Maverik will treat you better."

"Murphys as a business is great with great rewards for people who regularly go there. HOWEVER this is probably one of the worst staffed gas stations in CO. The staff here is absolutely terrible. As of now, there is an older woman who is slow, rude, and allows the line to either be cut by rude customers or she will talk to her friends that are customers for far too long. Allowing the line to pile. There is a middle aged bigger woman who has the worst attitude. She is far too comfortable while working and it shows in her customer service. There are also two other younger women that work there, one of which just had a baby!! They are always working very hard and always have incredible customer service! Also the staff love to sit down behind the counter and be on their phones. I recommend only going here for gas. Don’t bother with the staff inside. Murphys clearly won’t hire a disciplined enough manager to fire people and help improve service at this location for more $$$. Do better Murphys Inc."

"Horrible people and service. Wouldn't allow a disabled person with medical emergency to use the restroom. They were so rude and disrespectful treating a person in a wheelchair as if they didn't exist and them having to raise their voice to get the attention of the attendant simply to ask the question then we're treated in an abominable fashion by the attendant. I decided to take my purchase elsewhere after witnessing such an exchange."

"This Murphy gas station constantly lets me down with being out of things and lines. Today was the final straw....their tire air machine stole my money twice. Clerk told me it is operated by another company and nothing can be done. He told me to call number in machine? Are you kidding?!?!? Look at photo attached to this review - it has Murphy branding all over it and I never found number of 3rd party company. This thievery is the last straw for me and I am finally DONE with this place. It’s a shame bc it was on my way home but I will drive out of my way a little to get what I need. Pathetic. Murphy used to be a good stop but it has gone downhill SIGNIFICANTLY. What a dump."
