Circle K

"Today, 02/17/2024 at 0550 (5:55AM), I stepped inside because it is 15°F (-13°C) to warm up and wait for a ride after walking an hour in the temperature with shorts and a t-shirt.. Two females said they were going to call the police if I didn't step outside (I even offered to buy something). I was only in there for 5-10 minutes. They also threatened to call the police because 2 cars were parked out front. After I was waiting outside for 10 minutes, shaking like hell, a lady came out all pissed off because she couldn't even go to the restroom without an employee banging on the door and threatened her with the police because she yelled "can't you tell I'm using the bathroom here?". This is the worst and most unfriendly Circle K I've ever been in. First and last for me. One lady drives a Silver/Beige honda. The other is a black haired lady. So rude. DONT SHOP HERE. Don't support people like this."

"At about 6:35pm on 12/29. I walked in to grab a few waters for me and my family. The lady working behind the counter seemed to be nice at first but then as I asked her about the rewards price she had an attitude and asked me swipe my card as if I tried the first time and it failed. So again I asked about the rewards and she had an attitude. I started to walk out but and go elsewhere but I literally live behind the gas station and I had just worked a 12hr shift. So I paid the regular price and left. After reading the reviews for this store, I think the workers need to be retrained."

"Stopped in for gas and a couple hotdogs. Was over charged for the cheese 3.18 instead of the 49cents it states on the cheese dispenser. Gwendolyn didn't not refund the food stamps that went through so I ended up paying 6 dollars cash for hots and 3 dollars out of my food stamps. Told to take our hotdogs and leave when I told her it says 49cents for the cheese. She was not helpful and honestly gives that store a energy that lets the customer know they are not valued or appreciated. Her brash personality and lack of true genuine understanding of how to treat a customer and fellow human beings is disappointing. Marlene also was smug and jokingly with a soft laugh at my complaint attempted to exert her managerial helpfulness."

"I always have a great experience with most of the people that work here. Except Marie I think her name is. She never opens a register and makes everyone use the self checkout which holds up the line so much. She’s the only one that does it and it’s so annoying. It shouldn’t be used as the only checkout option."

"These people at this gas station are the rudest people I have ever met. I asked her to use the restroom. She was too busy on her phone instead of doing customer service. She gave me a dirty look and she walked away for me. The cashiers there are the rudest people I have ever met. I will not be going back to the store."
