"I recently changed my policy from a rental property and the process was not what I expected. Canceled my policy, then changed to farmers, to later receive a letter stating that I needed to do work on the property, but the letter was very confusing. I emailed asking if they could email me back with clear details, never heard back, emailed as I made the wrong payment, never heard back. Finally, I emailed asking if the stuff that I was supposed to fixed would cost more than what I was going to save by switching to famers and again never heard back. A few days ago I got a letter that my policy was terminated per my request, but the reality I was never contacted by anyone from this office. Very dissatisfied with the service from this office."
