“Absolutely wonderful service. We didn't get the name of the person who helped us, but she was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. She didn't make us feel guilty that we were still in the shop after closing time. I am one of thousands on men that is uncomfortable shopping for clothes, however I felt completely relaxed and enjoyed the experience. So much so that I came away with three trousers, three shirts, and two jerseys, and nine pairs of socks. Many thanks, I will be back!”

“Wow! What an experience! I thought service delivery is dead but not at this shop. I loved one of the shoes and I had Paris, one of the shop representative whom assisted me greatly to fit me in the right size. I wasn't sure if I should get them now or later, Paris offered me to place them on hold for 7 days. I provided my contact details and I decided to go purchase them a few days late. I had the pleasure to be serviced by a gentleman named "Nick G" Nick was fantastic, professional, Great presentation, Vast knowledge, clear communication. This team has gone above and beyond! Will be doing my shoe shopping at your store from now!”

“Very big shopping mall especially for who plan to travel by canpervan dor motorhome, here is a good place to buy your foods and ingredients. There are parking lots for big motorhome and the best part is it's only 5 mins from the CHC airport and car rental offices”

“Nice quiet atmosphere with clean and tidy environment. Mosly well stocked and products priced fairly. The homebrand is a great value for money. Very friendly and helpful customer service. Child friendly as they have free fruits for them and the little trolley keeps the children busy. Their online shopping us great too with fast delivery. Will definitely be going back soon.”

“Ok supermarket, which is well presented. Plenty of car parking and centrally located in Rangiora. Countdown has a good variety of products. Reasonably priced with most of products that you will need. Good customer service at the check outs and reasonably easy to find assistance if you need help. This supermarket is an ok place to get what you need. Nothing brilliant stands out about this Countdown apart from it's a quite new building, so it is has a very good layout inside and outside.”
