From the outset, the staff member who served us Quintus B was very attentive, patient and thorough, and he took the time to relate to our son, which made the process better still. Even when the shoes had to be returned due to a manufacturer's default (nothing to do with Athlete's Foot), the replacement process was seamless with clear communication throughout. When I asked the best way to leave positive feedback, Quintus seemed taken aback in an unnecessary but endearing display of humility. Up there with one of the best customer service experiences in memory and deserving of recognition. Thanks again, team!”
