“I cannot recommend this lady enough! My six month old pug had a lovely groom today and I was so happy that when I went to collect her she was having playtime and not even phased that I had left her. Last time I took her elsewhere for a groom she left petrified! She smells amazing and her coat has not malted once hooray!! This lovely lady also had trouble cutting her nails as she is mischievous and won't stay still so said she would cut them a nail at a time in order to build her confidence and gave some advice to help me at home with allowing us to touch her paws. Recently, I experienced severe toothache and was seen the following day as an emergency. I arrived at 8.55am and had the molar removed at 9.50am. “Nice shop, friendly staff, very small, but they use the space well, it is often used for crime though, there is a 2nd proper job on worle high street, but for what this serves, its perfect, easy to miss though coz its set back next to the lift within the entrance way to an NCP car park, and unless you are looking for it, youll just see the NCP and miss the proper job”

“I have been to this camp site a few times with my daughter and friends. It's a very peaceful site with picturesque surrounding land. The owners Diane and Rachel are amazing they will do anything for you to make your stay a happy one. Rachel is absolutely fab and my daughter really warmed to her. The cafe is lovely with great food and your dog is always welcome. The showers are hot and it's just a lush place to be at. I've been a few times and it's like a home away from home. We love it and my daughter feels very at home there.”

“Absolutely over the moon with the service we receive for our Honey. I have a 3 year old long haired shihtzu and until i met Paula i was never satisfied with her previous grooms. Since i found Paula we have not looked back, Honey always leaves smelling and looking amazing, Her cut's are perfect! She comes home so happy and excited and i can see Honey gets cared for very well. This makes me feel comfortable leaving Honey in Paulas care. Thank you very much again for a wonderful job done, We look forward to Honey's next appointment :)”

“Excellent food and friendly staff. One of my favourite dishes is crispy beef which can vary greatly in quality. The dish always tastes fresh and the beef is very crispy. No "dirty oil" flavour at all.”
