Had my make up done here several times for works Christmas parties over the last few years, also for my sister In laws recent hen party. Jess and Mom came to the wedding venue to complete the bridal parties make up and needless to say the make up was out standing! Highly recommended and wouldn't use any other salon for my make up needs despite living in newport and having to travel to have it done.”

“A generally lovely experience! I visited the salon on Saturday 23/04 for a long overdue haircut and looking forward to booking my next one! I was offered tea/coffee when I arrived which was so lovely! I had the nicest hair wash ever and the lady that washed my hair was so nice, could’ve had my hair washed all day! The hairdresser that cut my hair was so nice and did Such a good job of the cut and my fringe. My hair feels so light and soft, definitely the nicest haircut I’ve had in a long time. They used some of their own products which smelt amazing and have made my hair so soft! Would recommend to anyone and can’t wait to go back!”

“The best salon in south wales. I wouldn't go anywhere else at all for my hair. I have severe anxiety and struggle to go places, especially where I feel like I might be judged but the staff here are just the friendliest most welcoming people you will ever meet. From the moment you walk through the door until you leave you are treated like a V.I.P. I went on a day that the shop had been broken into and even during that hard time with all the stress and police there the staff all took the time to come check in with me and offer me hot drinks or just chat for a minute. I was so nervous about bleaching my virgin hair blonde but Ozzy talked me through the whole process and explained every step he took and made sure I was okay and was fine with what he was doing. He checked everything from tones of blonde to what shampoo Id prefer. He then listened to my ideas for a restyle for my hair and cut it better than I could have ever imagined. My hair has never looked better and the confidence boost I have now is unreal! Having been to many salons in the past who dont listen and do their own thing this was the best experience ive ever had and I booked back in straight away as it was so good!”
