Bite & Booze Dumpling and Bar (Yat Bun Tong Dumpling House
● Closed“Such a great spot for lunch! My partner and I sat outside for a late lunch to enjoy the last of the warm autumn weather and ordered a few incredibly scrumptious dumplings. The steamed pork dumplings were very tasty with flavorful broth and filling inside, cooked to perfection. The pan fried pork dumplings, probably their most popular and my most favorite menu item, was incredible as always. Love the cute little caution hot flag they include that doubles up as an equally good poking stick to let the steam out of the top of the tasty morsels. Staff was friendly and kind, service was fast and food was so yummy. This place knows how to do their dumplings and never disappoints.”

Fenway Public House
● Closed“I cannot rate Fenway highly enough! My original wedding venue had flooded and within the space of 5 hours Fenway managed to pull off a wedding ceremony and reception of 100 guests. All of the staff were absolutely incredible and the food was perfect! The decor of the venue worked perfectly too! My only regret is not organising it here in the first place. Thank you Fenway! ☺️”

Rubicon Restaurant
● Closed“My wife and I ordered the 5 course degustation, and enjoyed every bite. The atmosphere was just right, we had no trouble talking to each other though out the evening without having to lean in or raise our voice. Our glass of water was never empty. The waiter asked regularly if there was anything we would like without disrupting the pleasant experience. The wines were matched well with each dish and explained promptly, again so we could continue our peaceful evening together. We left more than content with the amount of food and enjoyed the conversation on the way home of which our favourite dish was. Thankyou Rubicon family, great night.”

Raku
● Closed“If you're a fan of Japanese cuisine, we highly recommend visiting Raku when you are in Canberra. The restaurant offers a very good dining experience; however, the selection of vegetarian dishes is somewhat limited. We were particularly impressed by the dessert—the Raku chef's platter—an absolute delight that we can recommend trying. The overall quality of the food at Raku is very good. As the place tends to get booked up, making a reservation in advance is advisable, and you can easily do so on their website.”

Tinker Tailor
● Open4 Henshall Way, Macquarie ACT 2614, Australia“The place has a limited menu, as you would expect for a place this size, but don't let this fool you. The staff is helpful and polite. The bread and pastries are great, and the plates are surprisingly good. The crispy brisket is an instant favourite, and we'll be back. The coffee gets a 4/5 but I would put the missing star on the account of the beans. Edit: another visit, and not disappointed. Tried the special of the day, Prawn Po'boy. It's hard to handle o ln the sandwich format, but the fork and knife gently served covered for that.”

Pomegranate Restaurant
● Closed“Great service and delicious food. We got the banquet menu, where every dish was great. The staff were super welcoming and friendly - very professional and knew their stuff. The food and wine came quickly, and were all very tasty. The only small strange thing was they used the same main plate for all the different dishes - so the fish was mixing with lamb, mixing with the chicken etc. It would have been good to change plates between dishes. Overall - highly recommended”
-
Terra Canberra

A well constructed menu with select dishes that doesn't try and have everything, but has something for everyone. Convenient parking out back with easy access.”
