“Did not stay at the pool but right next to it is a FREE 2 night CAMPING with free hot shower would recommend to everyone to stop a night or 2 right by the little River and spend a penny on a coffee or one of there little shops 5 STARS GUNNING”

“The gym is pretty good for a hotel gym. Lots of equipment and free weights, they even have a heavy bag, speed bag and boxing gloves. Toilets and showers were clean.”

“A historic swimming pool built in the 1950s by placing a stone and concrete wall on the bedrock of Hurdle Creek. Worth a look to understand how the families living out in this remote area made the most of what was naturally available to have fun and keep cool in the burning heat of summer. Whilst a lot of sand and silt has built up in it since that time, you can see how it could be restored with a few days of hard labour.”

“Very clean and well maintained by rangers. This is nearest public toilet to Mount Stromlo observatory as far as we could see (no public toilets at Mount Stromlo).”

“Great pool... I was there early in the morning in Autumn so the cover was over, but at about 9:30am they open the side... it was lovely. The water temperature was perfect... easiest 2km I’ve done! There were even heaters in the change rooms. I would love to come back in Summer and hang out all day, as there were some other pools I didn’t get to try, including a diving pool!”

“Truly the best of the best. We went to so many science museum in NSW and Questacon is the best. We spent 5 hours there and try everything out. It contains so many interesting things that the kids loved them so much. The tickets were really worth!”

“Mount Taylor is one of the famous landmark of Canberra. The walking trail consists of multiple routes with steep and rocky path. You can walk up-to the hill with Kangaroos on your side. From the top, you can see beautiful South Canberra.”
