"What a joke! I Had a letter from my insurance company that stated my out of pocket was met. Took over 30 minutes to verify after telling me I would not be seen if I didn't pay it. Or I can wait until they verify. I was treated like a liar! This place is ridiculous! Here for an 8:30 appointment to get off medication and all the want to do is ask me what in going to do about my pain... Not sure if you realize what an adult is but I am one and I don't need a babysitter! Now it's 10 and I did see the doctor. But still no prescription. I am trying to wait for my perception and the lovely young lady behind the desk told me I can go. But I've been to this office before and know for a fact that the never do anything they say. I kindly let her know I would like to wait. Her response was "you gonna be waitin for a while"... Well I guess that a while is better than never like the ruffin office. The best part of this whole story is that when I was in my accident my insurances assigned Dr. Qian to me. After 4 or 5 months of nothing but problems I changed doctors. Best thing I ever did! Unfortunately need meds I need are only prescribed by Dr Quan! Avoid this place until they replace all of there staff! No complaints about the doctor other than they want you to be dependant on their services! Aka greed and taking advantage of people in pain. Not helping them get off drugs but just to prescribe something else! This place is a Joke! To add insult to injury my current pain management doctor referred me just to get a prescription! Should have been here for 2 minutes not 2 hours!"
"The staff is unprofessional, one of the physicians has dogs that pee everywhere. Is a very very unsanitary place to go!!!! Go some where else!!!!!"
