"I have known Dr. Savelli for over 20 years (when I was a kid!) and she has always been the kindest and best dentist we know. She always has her patients best interest at heart. She has been seeing both of my children now for 14 years. We recently started seeing Dr. Z and shes amazing as well! I highly recommend Chula Vista Smiles. They truly care! :)"

"Don’t fall for the fake positive reviews!!! Please think twice taking your kids to this dentist. All the reviews seem to have been dealing with the same issues. My kids have been coming to this dentist since 2013 & never really had issues other than the front office lady who I don’t think is there anymore but she was RUDE. She was there for years up until covid hit. She made very rude remarks about my daughter looking like her father and was just awful. The office is small and the assistants are somewhat nice. They were always gossiping or speaking amongst each other I Never complained due to my kids actually loving this dentist but NOW THAT I RECEIVED THIS LETTER IM UPSET!!!! My daughter was scheduled for two cavity fillings & one tooth to be pulled. I was told by the dentist directly what the procedure was and what she needed done. I was okay with it, no issues just a a bit worried due to the anesthesia that would be administered to my daughter. The appointment is not until December. A month ago the tooth that needed to be pulled became loose so I called the dentist asking if we should keep the appointment the front desk answered and told me she is scheduled for 8 fillings & crowns & five teeth to be pulled!!!??WHAT THE!????? I told her I was not told that and she insured me that the dentist told me the treatment and I signed off to it. I told them yes but she did not state that amount of crowns & teeth pulling. That’s too many teeth for a 6 year old. I called them scammers BUT KEPT MY COOL Never used profanity. Now I received this letter. I’m confused and upset. Just goes to show that they really are in for the $$ FUNNY HOW THEY ALLOW THEIR FRONT DESK TO TREAT CLIENTS WITH DISRESPECT BUT GET UPSET OVER THIS! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!"

"A friend recommended this place and yes it is pretty great. Staff is very compassionate and caring towards the little ones! Only thing that i didnt like was that there isnt enough chairs for adults. Overall great expirience."

"My girls have been going here for about 7yrs now!! Great service and my oldest is now 13 and has naturally straight teeth! They worked with her teeth and implemented spacers we are blessed she never needed major treatment. They catch early signs of any malformations and fix them. They are so nice and helpful love the office I highly recommend this dentist."
