"They need to put more attention to the employees/workers of Starbucks because they are rude because you make your order and they almost throw it to give it to you, the manager needs to put more attention to their employees, bad service with the employees of starbucks."
"I wanted to try a Starbucks closer to home for my Monday coffee run for the office and the experience was absolutely horrible. My first food item was not cooked all the way and the burrito I ordered was over cooked and crushed. The drink was not made with soy as requested and the cashier was so rude. He kept rolling his eyes at the order I was making and asked if I was done. Never coming here again."
"Really bad experience here. The store closes at 7 pm, and the lady at the counter refused to take any orders for coffee at 6.30 pm. Why can’t they close the store for the entire day if they’re not interested in taking orders in the first place?"
