Mountain Mike's Pizza

"The pepperoni pizza was overcooked and barely any cheese. I was charged more than what was shown on menu. I mentioned the price difference to the manager who waited on me. I ate one piece and then tossed in trash. A waste of my money. Never going there again."

"I called in 3 mountain pizzas. Was told 20 minutes. I show up 40 minutes later and they were not done. The owner said this pick up is here & he barely started to make them. When I called the the guy out if he was barely putting my order in the oven he straight up lied to me in my face and said no mountain size goes through twice and also said I was there early. When I called him out on that lie and showed him the call on my phone I told him he was LATE. The OWNER took the order through the phone and had the audacity to ask “would you like to add a tip for the staff” I left the same review on yelp and instead of being a man and accepting he was wrong he goes ON there and REPLIES WITH LIES that I yelled at a gf when I went there ALONE. LOL. SERVICE SUCKED. PIZZA SUCKED. & the group of 4 males who ordered before me were annoyed and you shorted their wings. Amir you suck as an owner BE A MAN & DO BETTER."

"Like the atmosphere more family inclined but the quality an price were not balanced the pizza honestly tasted 4/10 and the price was pretty high about $75 for a 14" and an 8" and 5 sodas."

"Ordered a pizza expecting a decent experience, but it turned into a complete disaster. My order was placed at 11:09 with an estimated delivery time of 12:00. When it hadn’t arrived by 12:12, I called for an update and was told 15 more minutes. However, the pizza never came. To make matters worse, after calling at 12:35, they claimed the pizza was delivered, which it certainly wasn’t. What followed was an absolutely frustrating and disrespectful customer service experience. I was put on hold multiple times, with each instance lasting around 5 to 10 minutes. I even tried calling from a different number, hoping to get some resolution. But all I got was more hold time and zero solutions. In the end, I had no choice but to call my bank to dispute the charge. A simple pizza order shouldn't come with such a headache. I will not be ordering from Mountain Mike's again and advise others to be wary."

"This is a great Mountain Mike's pizza location. It's clean, employees are friendly and decent pizza. Every Tuesday they offer 50% off all pizzas (except the Mountain and the personal). They offer dine in, pick up or deliver. There are plenty of TVs and a private room for parties. Plenty of food options including a salad bar."
