Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I like choosing Chipotle since I can customize my meal and the food is always good. The servers at the food station were friendly. Cashier needs more training. Could not do math for customer before me when given extra pennies to reduce change. Wasn't paying attention and bagged mine when it was for here and gave me a large cup, to which I told him I didn't ask for a drink."

"Having a delicious shredded beef bowl right now. Don't come often but realized one thing that most locations have in common. Dirty tables. CLEAN THE DAMN TABLES! Dirtiest restaurant chain ever!"

"If I could give this location a ZERO STARS, I WOULD. Tonight I picked up a mobile order and was instantly reminded why I don’t go to this location anymore. When you first walk in the floors are dirty, tables are dirty, next to the cashier box they have a table with about 15 different drinks, I’m assuming the employees and its just not the best look and makes the restaurant look messy. I continued to grab my order, I was surprised how empty the restaurant was. I grabbed my bag and stopped at one of the tables to check it just in case something was missing, my instinct was correct for checking because my large guacamole was missing….I patiently waited for the cashier to be done with the few people ahead of me and as she was finished she starts to walk away I kindly told her that I was missing the guacamole, she then packaged some for me. I got home and unpacked the food and was again disappointed and reminded what a mistake I made going to this location. The steak bowl had 7 pieces of steak, two strips of lettuce, as well as the rest of the fixings were minimal. Sofritas bowl was minimal food as well, literally had two huge pieces of lettuce. Sofritas burrito was decent but WAY smaller maybe half of the usual size that I ordered before from a different location recently. Side sour cream was 1/4 ways full…. Continued to dig into the large guacamole and come to find a whole avocado peel in the container taking up 50% of the container. I normally don’t write many reviews, BUT if you’re wanting some good fast food, don’t go here because I can guarantee you that you will be disappointed and it’s a waste. The burger joint next door and Panda is way better than this place."

"I love Chipotle. For over 20 years. I’ve frequented NUMEROUS Chipotle locations. In the past 6 months, there have been 5 (five) instances Tem Pkwy, during dinner where 1 (one) employee is serving the food, and cash register! I love your food but finished with this location! If you don’t mind waiting 30-45m, go for it!!!"

"As seen in my pic, ZERO people behind the station. They were all hanging out on the right by what I assume is their break area cuz its always messy with cups & workers just chillin. Let me also add that 1 time a family literally found in their food, a Nut, no not like a Peanut, I mean a nut a construction worker uses. The food, you will be able to tell on your 1st bite that these "workers" do not take much pride in making. You'll find bones, really hard beans etc.."
