"Heard good things and read some good reviews. The service I must say was very good. Unfortunately that was the only thing I was happy with. The pizza was over priced and just OK. So after coming to terms with having to pay entirely too much for my pizza, the bill came. They over charge for food and then add a service fee. This was a step too far for me. We have a lot of good pizza establishments in this valley. I will go somewhere that is up front, honest with pricing, and has a better pizza."

As a native Chicagoan and lifelong enthusiast of all variations on the tomato pie, Chicago deep-dish pizza is a towering, molten, glorious gut-bomb that deserves some serious love and respect. Every time I visit Temecula, it is a must! Plan ahead, it's a 45-minute cook. There are plenty of TVs to watch a game. Bear down, drink up!"
"I visited Rosati's for the first time on a Friday night. They offered patio seating with heaters but we waited a few minutes for them to bus a table inside. Our server was friendly and professional. We ordered "double dough" crust and were surprised when this Chicago style restaurant did not serve it deep dish. Apparently you have to request deep dish. The pizza was sliced in small squares and not pie slices. The vegetable toppings were decent quality, but the sauce was bland and a little watery. The crust was cooked well but dry and bland, with the flavor of a saltine cracker. Rosati's has been open for years and I've only heard good word of mouth, but my experience was a let down."
"Great pizza here. Whether you like thick or thin, it's really good. Deep dish is my favorite though. Cool vibe. Nice bar area and lots of TV’s."
