"Filippi's never leaves you hungry. Does not matter what location, they are always consistent and provide great value combined with big portions. This order we had the super torpedo sandwich and the small antipasto salad. The super torpedo was huge. It was a loaf of Italian bread stuffed with Italian meats and cheese along with an entire produce section of the grocery store. It was fantastic. The small antipasto salad was large enough for 2 and was accompanied by a small loaf of bread. The sandwich was around $11 and the antipasto salad around $10. We have had their pizzas and they were always delicious as is their pasta. We love Filippi's and we trust that every visit will satisfy our needs. Easy 5 stars."

"I had high hopes because I had ordered from here for the first time a few months ago and enjoyed their spaghetti. So I assumed their pizza was gonna be delish. But sadly it was a disappointment. We ordered a small thin crust special and we got a thick crust one. I was not a fan of the crust and the flavor was mid. The other pizza we ordered was a large cheese w pepperoni and sausage. The flavor was better than the small one but overall I'm just not sure the taste was there. As a Chicagoan, I know what good pizza tastes like. The chocolate chip cannoli wasn't bad but $7 for one?? Yikes!"

"For the price of what you pay for the food, it’s definitely worth it. We got a couple ravioli lunch specials. Came with a salad and bread. 3 stars for things like $6 garlic sourdough bread that was good sourdough bread but tasted like they sprinkled a bit of garlic powder over it. They also added too much dressing on the salad. Would have preferred it to be on the side. It also took them about 10 minutes after ordering to tell us that they were out of one of their sauces ( we came in 30 minutes after they opened so it must go fast!). Also, I couldn’t really distinguish their meat sauce since there wasn’t too much meat in it. Definitely not bad food. It was solid, but it felt like something I could make at home."

"I placed an order over the phone for take out and had multiple issues. By the time we got home, we realized that we were missing our garlic bread. We called the store and the cashier apologized and told us that it was still in their kitchen. So, we drove back and got our missing item and drove back home to finally have our dinner. While eating our pizza, we noticed there was no sausage or pepperoni (it’s hard to tell beforehand because the toppings are under the cheese at this restaurant). We ordered the Special pizza but unfortunately we were given the Vegetarian Special. We didn’t want to make the drive to the restaurant a second time and just settled on our experience. I hope it was just an off night for the restaurant because we have been there many times."
