"This location hired some new faces, and they were pleasant. The male receptionist was focused on his work when we walked up to the register but once he was done he was attentive, professional & directed us to the napkins & lids over by the drink station; something that no other employee has offered. He struggled a bit with his facial expressions, but he's definitely trying. The condiment prep employee listened to our ingredient suggestions & followed instructions very well. I will be visiting more often because of this."
"My first experience was fabulous but my second was horrendous. The staff were very stingy with the toppings, when u asked for more (to equal what is usually put on a normal pizza) they made me and others in line feel like we were an inconvenience. Needless to say my pizza was so bad I couldn't eat it. If I wanted a pizza with hardly anything on it, only crust I'd go to a grocery store and buy one off the shelf. I have pictures to prove this. It was bad. When I asked to speak with the mgr I was told he was on break and couldn't be disturbed unless it was important. I relayed it was for a Complaint and they still refused. I then asked for the assistant mgr and was old they don't have one. I then said oh well I guess I'll be calling corporate then and the girl said go ahead they don't care. As u can see there r areas where the pizza is almost completely free of toppings and no sauce at all even though ordered the sauce"
