"Drove by today and looks closed down. But went here not too long ago and like some other people said way to expensive for what it is. And the new jumper thing is so tiny and my son wanted to jump but not for an additional 15$ when we already spend over 60$ to play for an hr and eat one pizza. I rather go to the shoreline village arcade in long beach"

"I think this place needs an upgrade. With everything!! Also, I feel with the point system, you take advantage of children and families. Because what is offered is something simple as a cheap top or a single candy. How dare you people do this? The food is getting worse by the year. The salad bar was not even fresh, it never is. And all you have to offer children is soda? This time we were invited for a fundraiser for our school. It was just the three of us (my children and myself) and I spent over 130 for something simple and with a coupon. Very disappointed"

"I've been to this location twice. I enjoyed the food and like that they offer sparkling water as a soft drink option. I was looking forward to an adult drink, but unfortunately they were out of wine and the beer tap was broken. I was excited to hear about the new bounce house but that turned to disappointment when we had to pay $15 per child in addition to the food and game card. I've never been to a restaurant where I basically have to pay to use the indoor playground."

The food was delicious, and the customer service was exceptional. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the bathrooms, too. It truly was a wonderful family experience.
