"I first contacted Shantel to asked her questions about how microblading worked and what to expect even though I was already informed because I have a friend who is a phibrow artist in another state and I had done my research locally. Shantel answered all of my questions thoroughly and she did not push me into getting my eyebrows done until I knew for sure that was something I wanted to do. I thanked Shantel for her honesty and then I told her about my friend and that I had done my homework on microblading. Shantel was sweet and she was happy that I was already informed. It took me a week to contact her again to schedule my first session. I wanted to make sure I was ready Shantel is very professional and her office is very clean. She explained everything in detailed and made sure that I was happy with my eyebrows before leaving her office. She also explained the after treatment and told me what to avoid doing. She gave me a card that had emojis on what to expect, she followed with a text with after care instructions and made herself available via phone incase I had questions. I did texted her a couple of times with questions and she responded right away. Shantel is not only professional, she is caring, passionate about her work and she makes sure her clients are happy with the result.
