"The app really needs an update for multiple haircuts under one name. I understand making appointments for children this way, but I had to wait for three military boots to get their haircuts , which doesn't show up when I check in online. So I end up wasting an additional 35 minutes waiting. I'll gladly spend more money at a different business if it means being on time."

"Appearantly, wait lists don't matter to the employees here. They call people out of order. I arrived about 10 minutes before my expected cut times, and they never bothered to check me in. Then they call the person after me to get a cut. We both clarify I was first, but who cares? Not them."
"When I went back to the hotel to wash and style my hair, I noticed it wasn't cut evenly and I didn't even get layers like I had asked. One side is longer than the other. They seem to do a great job with everyone else's hair which was short and thin. It didn't seem there was much experience with thick and long hair. It seemed very rushed too."
