"Placed two mobile orders, both were entirely wrong and cold. One was an entirely different (and cheaper) item than what I ordered, sauces were missing, dough on the chicken nuggets wasn’t even cooked. The other order was missing a drink and sauces. Both were cold and served with unmelted cheese. Terrible experience."
"Terrible staff who found me All the employees who worked last night around 10:30 pm, including the manager, turned out to be terribly stuffy, rude, and insensitive. I came to your wonderful city for work and was forced to stay in a motel right opposite this wonderful establishment, which I love very much, and since I arrived late in the evening, I was wildly tired and did not want to drive, but just wanted to eat. And now, after walking 15 meters, I was refused service on the spot and so rudely I would have raised the issue of their deprivation"
"I tried to use my Wendy's App to get $2.00 off any premium combos. Unfortunately, there's no wifi available to get my cellphone to process a code. Therefore, I paid $13.15 for the combo. The fries looked old and not fresh. The Famous Daves double cheeseburger was just okay. It was definitely not worth the price."
"Update: From 4 to 1 star! I just had the grosses Wendy burger I have had in life. Asked for everything with extra pickles and extra mayo and they left off onions. Stale and not fresh. Never have I ever had a Wendy burger this bad."
