"I use the drive through and the wait line was busy but it went quickly. The wait always depends on many things so it was an extra special experience this visit."

"My brother, 3 year old nephew and myself went through the drive thru yesterday. Ordered my nephew 1 six piece chicken nugget happy meal with a strawberry shake. We stopped at the first window to pay, had our drivers window down and waited for several minutes. Since no one was there and it was raining, we rolled the window up. When we got to the 2nd window, the male manager started handing us a tray of drinks. We let him know that this was not our order and we havent paid yet since no one was at the first window. He told us that we should have waited and to pay at the first window. No apology for the inconvenience or appreciation how we were honest instead of taking off with some free food due to their continued incompetence. The manager again, tells my brother next time pay at the first window and I felt like going off on him! If a 3 year old wasn't in the car, we would have! THEN my 3 year old nephew starts projectile vomiting a few hours after eating McDonald's. This is the only thing that he ate on his own as we had the same food throughout the day except Mcdonalds. Not only are they incompetent and rude but they also are dirty and making people sick. STAY AWAY!!!!"

"Stopped by for a quick breakfast on the way to a softball tournament. Fast was not the word for it though - took about 10 mins in the drive thru. Overall the food was as expected...but the delay was annoying."

"Conveniently located west of the 215 FWY, off McCall Blvd exit with two drive-thru lanes for ordering and plenty of parking, near Black Bear Diner. Every time I've stopped at this McD's it's been a good experience. Fast and efficient drive-thru service. What I've enjoyed mostly from this location is the friendliness of the employees handing out the food at the 2nd window, which makes my day (maybe I just get lucky with the good, happy employees). My food is always fresh and tastes great. Overall, it's always a positive experience at this location so far since I started visiting this store over 14 years ago."

"The point of ordering online beforehand is for your order to be ready when you get there. This location makes you park and wait for your food anyway, even if you only ordered a simple cheeseburger meal. If you’re lucky, you’ll get your order after 20-30 minutes of waiting. They couldn’t get me my order after ordering online and parking for 30 minutes. I decided to ask for a refund instead of waiting another 10 minutes for food that might even be spit on. Stuff like this happens way too often at this location. Don’t give them your money."
