"The pizza was good, but the restaurant was absolutely filthy. Tables not cleaned, no napkins, ice maker broken, trash overflowing… when we asked for plates the young man said “sorry the plates aren’t washed”. They were so busy, understaffed and the restaurant clearly showed that. Was my first and last time there. Hire more staff… this restaurant would not pass health codes!! DO BETTER!!!!"

"I go to pick up my order and I see I has thin crust and not pie rise which I paid 3 dollars extra for. The employee lies right to my face saying it is. I didn't have time to play their game. Even heard her whisper to her co worker as I was leaving. "I don't think it was pie rise" Good to see you teach your employees to lie instead of owning their mistake. Garbage staff trained by a garbage company."

"Delivery was fast through Door Dash, though pizza was garbage. Throw together missing toppings, sauce and cheese. My pepperoni bambino pizza had a total of 4 pepperoni's on it. The mega meat was only half covered.... def a sad pizza experience. Never again at those prices."

"Used to be a good place to go to. Always well staffed, good service. But lately, this place has gone downhill fast. Went there about a month ago and there was only one young man taking care of the place, taking orders, charging customers, making the pies and manning the ovens. Amazing that he was actually making it work, even though there was another person out back, doing who know what, but helping his crew mate was obviously not important. I thought maybe we went on an off-day, even though it was around 4 pm. Well this time, I thought about ordering online, it was around 8:20 or so in the evening. I placed my order and the email I received said the order would be ready at 8:53, I showed up at 8:55 and went to the counter. There was once again a young man manning the joint, luckily this time he had help, from a rookie employee he was showing the ropes to. 10 minutes passed by before I was even acknowledged, I could see that he was busy taking/making orders and teaching someone. I didn’t want to be rude so I took my pies and left, about 13 minutes after they were supposed to be ready. We get home we noticed that the pies are now smaller than they used to be. They used to fit in the box end to end, but now there is 1” less on each side, so the pies are now 2” smaller for the same price, a trend the retail industry is now doing so as not to raise prices and still save on costs. I also ordered one pie with the cauliflower crust, at the novel cost of $3 more, which I never got, it was made with standard thin crust. I can now say, never again at this location, most likely never again as “go to place”. I can’t stand when a place gives you less for the same price, hoping people don’t notice. I have more respect when they charge you more because things cost more. I get it, they don’t."

"3-4-22 Came here with my family for the first time around 6pm. Ordered two pizzas but they got my order wrong so I notified the manager and wow! The manager was polite and told me he'll make me a fresh one personally! The pizzas were bomb and the manager was 5 stars. I didn't catch his name but he was a tall dude"
