"I have just discovered the Mega style reformer classes about 3 months ago. When I find something I love, I am obsessed. I travel all over California and Oregon for work and while here in Orange County I found Sweat House. It is definitely one of my favorite studios thus far. The instructors are SO knowledgable and extremely great at giving cues and modifications. This is a workout that I hope to never stray from, and I will be attending Sweat House whenever I am in town. "Sweat house is INCREDIBLE! The studio is so cute and spacious. It’s been a few years since I did Pilates so I was a little nervous but I felt so welcomed, so encouraged, and so inspired. Sammie, the instructor did such an amazing job being attentive to everyone’s form and helping with adjustments and was so kind and personable. Highly recommend!!!"
"Beautiful studio and great workout! Love how this studio has an open feel with many windows to look outside. The instructors are very helpful with adjusting form and create a full body workout. The machine and extra props to use give the workout a nice variety! Grateful to have found this and would highly recommend"
