"I placed in order on the Target App for customer in store pickup. It was a relatively large order with a lot of small items and when my son brought the bags home I noticed several items were missing. I promptly called the store and spoke with Kathy in customer service. She was very kind, professional, and patient with me as I named each item off the receipt missing from the bags. She called shortly thereafter to follow up and let me know the missing items were ready to be picked up and even added a $5 gift card for the inconvenience of making the second trip to the store. Accidents happen, and my son should have checked before leaving the store, but I really appreciate her follow through and attentiveness to make the order right! Target is lucky to have a customer friendly team member like her. Thanks Kathy! Rachel"

"This review is souly only for the Target Optometrist. If I can give them a negative 5 I would. After informing them they made the glass prescription wrong. They said. "Get use to it...." what makes it worse. The demeanor of these young workers. I felt like their was no care in the world. When we first came in. Everyone was chatting and we were disturbing them. When we went back weeks later to explain it has not got better. They said it wasn't their fault. You would figure they would re try the vision test to see if they were wrong. They brushed us off. This place is not a go to place. Go to a place where it's specifically an Optometrist place. Not a fast in and out store within a store. If you can avoid this place please do. Selection is sub par. The lack of customer service. And the follow up was poor. Now we are stuck with cruddy glasses. If you end up here. GOOD LUCK! To the young individuals who are chatty among themselves. I hope they transfer you to a different department. Where you don't have to help actual humans. Target I hope you receive this!"

"Popped in late for a honey-do adventure. Hey honey I need three small things immediately and they're all on opposite sides of this enormous warehouse of stuff that college educated women in their late twenties and early thirties just seem to not be able to live without. Self checkout kept me on schedule. Best of luck boys!"

"This Target is in a great location. I usually shop here during the weekends and there is always plenty of parking spaces. The store is always clean and has great clearance items. It does get really busy during the holidays and back to school time of the year."
