Fort MacArthur Youth Programs, located at 2901 Arthur Macarthur Road in Los Angeles, California, is a supportive institution for dependents of active duty military, retired military, reservists, DoD personnel, and Tierra Vista Residents. The programs offered cater to youth ages 5-18 and are affiliated with Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) and 4-H.
