"First time shopper at Hugo Boss and not knowing about their rules, was advised no returns or no money for unsatisfied product that is supposed to be too notch but did not feel like it or wearing it. Spending more money or buying brands sometimes equates to garbage I am not happy with Boss business regulations they enforce. I will not be making any more purchases as they are expensive at actual retail and outlet store shop and not let the customer have the last word on numerous options as other stores have them"
"If you know what you're looking for you can get a good suit way less than the retail store. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They do not offer tailoring in the outlet but the retail store will handle it for a decent price."
"Don't ever shop here!!!... Never buy a suit from this Moth infested hole. Holes started appearing after 6 months of purchase. The worst part is the rude store manager who wouldn't accept fact that his suits have been sitting there for months/years... And Hugo Boss Corporate office wouldn't take any responsibility either. They reckon its ware and tear... how the hell can you have holes on the lapel by ware and tear in 6 months. Now I have to dry clean all my other suits, not sure if they are moth infected because of this suit"
