"It was my first time shopping today at Francesca’s and I was treated very unprofessional and rude. When I entered I asked the worker if they had hand sanitizer and she said “You gotta bring your own hand sanitizer” in a rude way and nasty attitude. I answered back nicely “ok”. I felt very uncomfortable and discriminated by the way she treated me. I asked about the hand sanitizer because every store I had entered has provided hand sanitizer for the costumers."
